California Fresh and Fit prepares and delivers delicious yet healthy gourmet dishes perfect for office events, business lunches, family celebrations and other entertaining.  Customers can choose from menu specials and all meals are prepared fresh when you order.

In line with their healthy meal plan delivery program, California Fresh and Fit offers party trays and gourmet meals made from clean, healthy products—no antibiotics, preservatives or artificial flavoring. Chef Robert Gomez’s rich background of culinary experience--which includes working in top Los Angles restaurants and hotels such as the Ritz Carlton-- are at the essence of California Fresh and Fit’s savory dishes. He transforms traditional dishes to create mouth-watering delights. 

If you’re in search of a fresh alternative to the typical buffet-style catering food, whether it’s for a one-person diabetes meal plan or an entire office, their daily assortment of entrees, salads and snacks will keep you coming back for more.  If you need help deciding, you can give them a call.  While some dishes remain constant, many are rotated throughout the week and special orders are welcomed.  Dishes may include Seared Ahi Tuna rolled, summer chicken salad, smoked applewood bacon wrapped, fried faux chicken sandwich and other delicious creations. 

Always tailored to the individual’s specific needs, these meals are healthy and they are also portion-controlled and balanced.  You can buy a single serving or family size. And, if you have special dietary restrictions, California Fresh and Fit will accommodate your needs. Chefs can prepare meals based on weight loss meal plan programs, athlete programs, and allergy programs.
