At CFF, athletes undergo hydrostatic body fat testing that measures lean muscle mass and VO2 Max testing that measures their anaerobic threshold. Using this information, we create a nutrition and exercise regime n that provides optimal muscle mass development for maximum performance. We’ll closely monitor your progress and make the necessary changes to ensure that you excel in your sport.
Additionally, we offer an allergy blood test that tells us what foods work best for your unique physiology. By further identifying your nutritional needs, we can refine your meal plan for superior athletic success.
