Before I came to L.I.F.E. I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy eating, lack of motivation, and virtually no activity or exercise. Besides helping me lose an incredible amount of weight, they have shown me how capable and strong I really am. I learned more about myself than I ever thought I would, and with it came a sense of self-confidence and worth that has helped enrich every facet of my life. More than giving me a new body, this experience has given me a new life. The program has provided me the tools and the mental toughness to carry on an active and healthy lifestyle for as long as I live.
